Please indicate tthe maximum amount you are looking to pay for your wardrobe for these two events. If possible, break down the budget by item per event.
Please indicate which two wedding events you will need your personal styling services for (e.g., engagement party, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, wedding reception, Mehndi, Nikah, etc.). If you only wish to have personal styling services for one wedding look, please also indicate that.

OPTIONAL: SUBMIT A PHOTO OF YOURSELF
While it is not required, House of Giorgis highly recommends submitting a photo of yourself via email to concierge@houseofgiorgis.com with the subject line “Bridal Consultation Image - [Your Order Number]" that shows your face, natural features, and silhouette. Your order number will appear once you have submitted your order.
Your photo does not have to be professional or perfect, it just needs to show you clearly. Your photo will only be viewed and used by your personal stylist to create your personal styling materials. Any images you submit will be deleted immediately after your personal styling materials have been delivered.

STYLING CONSIDERATIONS
Aesthetic Vision
Describe yourself, your tastes, and your overall vision for the wedding attire in general. If you have already decided any preset colors, vibes, outfit ideas for the wedding (including your wedding party), please indicate them here.
Personal Style
How would you describe your ideal bridal style (classic American, traditional Ethiopian, bold grunge, avant-garde, etc)? Don’t worry about classifying your ideal style if you’re unsure, just describe what you’re looking for in your words as specifically as possible.
Measurements
Please include your height, bra size, waist, and hip measurements.
Other Preferences
Please indicate any other needs (including any personal, cultural or religious considerations) that you would like to be taken into account for your personal styling. This includes, but is not limited to, colors/fits/fabrics/styles that you want to include/exclude. House of Giorgis is well-equipped to style brides of diverse backgrounds and tastes, so feel free to include as many preferences as you would like. However, for the best experience, please be as specific as possible.
